Or other alternative remote control software that's XP compatible?Įdit Since I'm not seeing any hope for TeamViewer, I've proceeded on to UltraVNC for my Windows XP system (server side), and am using Remmina + VNC plugin on Linux Mint (viewer side). Versions 12, 13, and 14 all refuse to connect now, saying the XP side is outdated and needs to be updated. They have only dropped support for free users.
Important Edit: I've been informed that TeamViewer 14.2 does still work on Windows XP, only if you have a paid license though.
